Miksi ?
Suola, piki, rauta sekä erilaiset pienhiukkaset vahingoittavat maalipintaa. Suosittelemme suojaamaan jo tehtaalta suoraan tulevien autojen maalipinnat säännöllisesti . Mikäli kulkuneuvosi ei kuitenkaan ole enää parhaassa hohdossa, voimme tehdä asialle varmasti paljon.
Esipesu: Suurin osa liasta sekä hiekasta irroitetaan tehokkailla pesuaineilla ilman mekaanista hankausta. Käytössä alan parhaat liuottimet jotka eivät vahingoita lakkapintaa. Mikäli kulkuneuvossasi on jo tuore käsittely käytämme vaha-/ pinnoite ystävällisiä tuotteita
Huuhtelu: Itse veden paineelle ei ole tarkoitus irroittaa takertunutta likaa lakkapinnasta. Vesipesulla poistetaan jo aikaisemmin kemiallisesti irroitettu pienhiukkanen ilman mekaanista hankausta.
Pien-, Raudan poisto: Pinnoille kuulumattomat pienhiukkaset poistetaan kemiallisesti tai mekaanisesti. Aineet pureutuvat hyvin jarrypölyyn, jarrupaloista irroinneisiin siruihin sekä maantiepikeen.
Savetus: Pinta käydään läpi muovailuvahan tapaisella palalla. Savi irroittaa lakassa kiinni olevat partikkelit itseensä. Ilman riittävää liukastetta sekä oikeaa tekniikkaa saat helposti aikaan enemmän harmia kuin hyötyä. Muista että savetus naarmuttaa pinnan helposti! Oikein tehtynä jälkeen jää täysin ”sormisileä” pinta.
Kinnastelu: Varsinainen kintaalla pesu on turvallista vasta esivaiheiden jälkeen. Käytämme kahden ämpärin tekniikkaa, jossa kumpaisessakin ämpärissä on hiekan erottimet. Ensimmäisessä ämpärissä pestään kinnas, toisesta kyllästetään kinnas pesuaineella. Pesuaineämpäriin ei koskaan viedä likaista kinnasta.
Myllytys / Hionta: Tasoitamme lakkapinnan naarmut hiomalla. Hionta suoritetaan 1-3 kertaa riippuen kohteen kunnosta sekä teidän toivomasta lopputuloksesta. Vaihtoehtoja löytyy useita vesihionnasta pikaehotukseen.
Vaha: Suojaa pinnan noin 3-12kk neutraaleja pesuaineita käyttäessä.
Keraaminen pinnoite: Suojaa pinnan 1-5 vuodeksi neutraaleja pesuaineita käyttäessä. Vaihtoehtoina löytyy pesuja helpottavia pinnotteita, suojaavia pinnotteita sekä yhdistelmiä.
WHY ?
Salt, pitch, iron and various small particles damage the paint surface. We recommend regularly protecting the paint surfaces of cars coming directly from the factory. However, if your vehicle is no longer in the best shape, we can certainly do a lot about it.
Pre-Wash: Most dirt and sand are effectively removed using powerful cleaning agents without mechanical abrasion. We use the best solvents in the industry that do not damage the paint surface. If your vehicle already has a fresh coating, we will use wax/polish-friendly products.
Rinsing: The purpose of the water pressure is not to remove adhered dirt from the paint surface. The rinsing removes fine particles that have previously been chemically detached without mechanical abrasion.
Removal of Fine and Iron Particles: Unwanted fine particles are removed chemically or mechanically. The agents penetrate well into brake dust, debris released from brake pads, and road tar.
Claying: The surface is treated with a clay-like substance. The clay removes particles that are bonded to the paint. Without sufficient lubrication and the right technique, you can easily cause more harm than good. Remember that claying can scratch the surface easily! When done correctly, it leaves a completely ”finger-smooth” surface.
Washing with Mitt: The actual washing with a mitt is safe only after the preliminary stages. We use a two-bucket method, where each bucket has sand separators. In the first bucket, the mitt is washed, while the second is used to saturate the mitt with soap. A dirty mitt is never taken to the soap bucket.
Polishing / Sanding: We level the paint surface scratches by sanding. Sanding is performed 1-3 times depending on the condition of the vehicle and your desired outcome. There are several options available, from wet sanding to quick polishing.
Waxing: Protects the surface for approximately 3-12 months when using neutral cleaning agents.
Ceramic Coating: Protects the surface for 1-5 years when using neutral cleaning agents. Available options include coatings that facilitate cleaning, protective coatings, and combinations thereof.
